He has worked with renowned multinational organizations in the capacity of trainer, capability, and talent development manager, skills leader and performance coach. He is a certified NLP practitioner, life skills coach, psychometric assessment analyst, instructional designer and leadership skills trainer.
Biswaroop is an experienced learning and development professional who has designed and delivered multiple development interventions for individuals and leaders from diverse lines of business like technology delivery, retail, sales, customer service and customer relationship management thereby catering to a wide range of professional skills development needs.
