About Madan Hagir

Madan Hagir is a certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach of IBHNLP - Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. He has completed her NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown the consistency in whole course procedures. He is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. He is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, and Life Coach since June 2019. He is a member of IBHNLP, Pune Chapter.

Madan is a result-oriented professional with expertise in various HR functions, He has sound knowledge of Recruitment, Induction and Orientation, Training & Development, Payroll processing, Employee performance management, Employee grievances handling, Counselling, etc, also he is skilled in handling workforces, maintaining a peaceful and amicable work environment in the institution/organization as well as enterprising leader with the ability to motivate personnel towards achieving organizational objectives as well as possessing exceptional interpersonal, communication skills.

Educational Qualification:

  • Certified in Multiple Intelligence & Competency Mapping from SIILC, Pune.
  • MBA in HRM from Shivaji University, Kolhapur
  • M.Com in Advance Banking and Finance from Savitribai Phule University, Pune
  • GDC&A from Pune Board.
  • B.Com from Shivaji University, Kolhapur

Work Experience: More than 8 years of experience in:

Human Resource Management:

  • Supervising Recruitment & Selection of fresher & experienced manpower through headhunting, placement agencies and newspaper advertisement as well as through campus interviews, conducting exit interviews.
  • Farming of induction policy and conducting induction programs for new employees,
  • Completion of all joining to exit formalities (F&F) with proper documentation.
  • Basic calculation of EPF, ESCI, P.T, Professional Tax, I.Tax, MLWF etc., Compliance of PF.

Personnel Management with Other Department Assistance:

  • Assisting other Departmental Heads such as Account Department for TDS & Income Tax Calculation
  • Giving assistance to other non-teaching and teaching department for smooth functioning.
  • Negotiating and amicably setting all grievances and disputes with the all sub functional department and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.

Performance Management with Training & Development:

  • Making the job profile of each employee and doing the performance appraisal with the help of personal interviews, feedback questionnaire, and behavioural interview analysis.

  • Conducting various training programme for employees as well as students, i.e Personality Development, Stress Management, Moral Boost-up, Effective communication skills etc.

Salary & Payroll Processing:

  •   Managing & Preparing CTC, department wise salary calculations, P.Tax, Income Tax Calculations, statutory deductions like PF, PT, I. Tax, and other.
  • Making & Printing & Issuing monthly pay slips.
  • Administering total Leaves & Attendance System with the help of biometric attendance system etc. and mapping the total salary process for computing salary for the employees.
  • Salary negotiations and salary fixation, CTC Designing with PF, ESCI, PT & MLWF Calculation.

Documentation, Letters Drafting & Record Keeping:

  • Implementation of documentation process among them preparing employee and students database,
  • Keeping all record in hard and soft copy forms relating with employee personal files, educational and experience related documents etc.
  • Drafting and issuing various letters such as Notices, Memo, Offer letters, Appointment letters, Termination letters, Appreciation letters, Experience and Relieving letters, Bank related letters etc.

General Administration:

  • Issuing of employee ID Cards, Mobile Phones & SIM Cards as well as assisting in accommodation for new joiners/ guests.
  • Issuing office uniforms to security guards, peons, housekeepers & Maintenance staff.
  • Ensuring the smooth working of the office and adhering to the compliance with statutory regulations such as Group Accident Policy, Mediclaim Policy, and Accidental Health Insurance Policy etc.
  • Offering assistance in IT support, tracking a of a bill of payments for telephones, group mobile, electricity, internet connections etc.
  • Contracts and agreements with labour contractors, work contract, Security etc.
  • Security management, CCTV surveillance support.
  • Housekeeping monitoring, Mess, Guest Transportation management, etc.
  • Hotel bookings travel bookings for site visitors and parents at all over Maharashtra.

Hobbies:
