- Supervising Recruitment & Selection of fresher & experienced manpower through headhunting, placement agencies and newspaper advertisement as well as through campus interviews, conducting exit interviews.
- Farming of induction policy and conducting induction programs for new employees,
- Completion of all joining to exit formalities (F&F) with proper documentation.
- Basic calculation of EPF, ESCI, P.T, Professional Tax, I.Tax, MLWF etc., Compliance of PF.
Personnel Management with Other Department Assistance:
- Assisting other Departmental Heads such as Account Department for TDS & Income Tax Calculation

Documentation, Letters Drafting & Record Keeping:
- Implementation of documentation process among them preparing employee and students database,
- Keeping all record in hard and soft copy forms relating with employee personal files, educational and experience related documents etc.
- Drafting and issuing various letters such as Notices, Memo, Offer letters, Appointment letters, Termination letters, Appreciation letters, Experience and Relieving letters, Bank related letters etc.
General Administration:
- Issuing of employee ID Cards, Mobile Phones & SIM Cards as well as assisting in accommodation for new joiners/ guests.
- Issuing office uniforms to security guards, peons, housekeepers & Maintenance staff.
- Ensuring the smooth working of the office and adhering to the compliance with statutory regulations such as Group Accident Policy, Mediclaim Policy, and Accidental Health Insurance Policy etc.
