Mr Baldeep Panessar is a certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach of IBHNLP - Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. He has completed her NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown the consistency in whole course procedures. He is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. He is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner and Life Coach since July 2019. He is a member of IBHNLP, Delhi Chapter.
Baldeep is currently running Skivent Trainings and Events Pvt. Ltd., which is an upcoming Corporate Training and English Language training firm in Mohali. He has always been a passionate trainer and his first job at IndiaCan Education Pvt. Ltd. set his heart firmly in the profession. Having worked for various companies, he has conducted training programs in numerous engineering and management colleges in states like UP, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Punjab, Andhra Pradesh.
He started his career at IndiaCan Education Pvt. Ltd. and learnt the basics of training at the Vocational Training Center that he was posted at in Hoshiarpur, Punjab. At IndiaCan, he was a part of the pilot batch of trainers selected to train for and conduct the course “Effective Behaviours at Work” in India by Pearson, the education giant.
He had a brief career change and worked with Duncans Tea Industries Ltd. as an Assistant Manager, Tea Estates. He was posted at Hantapara Tea Garden and looked after a division in the garden. He successfully looked after 600 Hectares of garden area with around 300 workers working under him. He quit the tea industry and came back to training industry after a year as he realized his love for Training while working away from it.
In his last employment with a training firm from Bengaluru, he was the Training Manager looking after the biggest clients for the firm in Karnataka, Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh. HOBBIES
He is a person with varied interests and talents. Two of his major hobbies are Woodworking and music. In his off time, he likes to spend time in his woodworking workshop making anything and everything that he fancies.
He plays the guitar and is passionate about it. He taught himself the art of luthiery and is currently in the process of making his first electric guitar in his workshop.
Apart from this, he loves learning new languages and is trying to learn Spanish and Bengali at the moment.
