Akshay Naigaonkar is a certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach of IBHNLP -Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also a Practitioner of Basics of Hypnosis. He has attended NLP Practitioner Training, Hypnosis Practitioner Training and Life Coaching Workshop in Mumbai from 21st May to 26th May 2019.

His primary responsibilities were:
- to carry out Process audits and Work product audits and maintain the process compliance wrt QMS and other standards.
- to carry out training awareness including RBT (Role-based trainings), QMS (Quality Management System) awareness training & other quality related trainings
- to identify process improvement and lead projects towards lean implementation
He has catered to the development, maintenance and testing projects of the Business Insurance and Personal Insurance. Some of his regular activities were:
- Preparing Quality Planner, Conducting Process Audits & Work Product Audits. Reporting audit findings, calculating process compliance, and ensuring the closure of non-compliance.
- Getting things done from the team by following up on corrective actions and suggesting the improvements in the project.
- Carrying out an intermediate review of the processes, practices.
- Implementing the CMMI level 5, SAS70, ISO9001, ISO27001 process framework in projects.
- Ensuring Process compliance in the projects, escalation to Senior Management if required.
- Helping projects in the estimation, metrics management, communicating best practices, and
- Collecting the project closure data from the project and sharing back to the organizational repository.
- Implementing organization project management tools and consulting, coaching about tools and best practices.
- Participating in Org-level QMS testing, Defect Prevention activities, BU level Auditing
- Facilitating External Auditing & cross auditing the projects.
