Saili Dhotre is a certified NLP Practitioner, NLP Coach & a Life Coach of IBHNLP – The Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. She is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. She has completed her Online NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown consistency in whole course procedures. She is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. She is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Life Coach since February 2021. She is a member of IBHNLP, Mumbai Chapter.

MBA in HR through IMCOST – Mumbai University.
She is Presently Working in Manufacturing Firm – Brass Copper & Alloy (I) Ltd. (Company Brand – HEX) as Assistant Manager Human Resource.
She Introduced Sales Performance quarterly Reviews which were not a trend in Automobile Dealership & achieved results by making the majority of non-performers perform well.
Her contribution in the area of Employee grievances helped many employees work Stress-Free. Through thorough Discussion & analysis, She Solved Employee Issues.
Her forte is into Payroll & Statutory Compliance & MIS.
Apart from HR Roles, she has also successfully completed the additional responsibility as Management Representative (MR) for ISO – 14000 (EMS – Environmental Management System) Certification in one of the Firms & completed the certification without any NC (Nonconformity).
Hobbies:
Love to Watch Kathak (Classical Dance Form). Attended many Live Performances of renowned Kathak Maestro’s, Pandit Birju Maharaj, Nrityangana Saswati Sen, Guruvarya – Dr. Majiri Deo, Kathak Nrityangana Sou. Swati Kolle, Shri Vishal Krishna, Vidha Lal & Abhimanyu Lal, & Aditi Mangaldas.
Coaching, Counseling & Training will be the next step ahead in my carrier. Making Understand People for their Issues & helping them to come out of their worrying life will help me to be contented.
