Shashank Malkoti is a Certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach & Hypnosis Practitioner of the Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. He has completed her Online NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown consistency in whole course procedures. He is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. He is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach and Life Coach since September 2020. He is a member of IBHNLP, Delhi Chapter.
He is a renowned Hospitality professional as well. His interest is in Business Coaching, therapy, training & counselling.

Hotel Management from IHM Lucknow (NCHM&CT, Min of Tourism, Govt. of India).
PG-Diploma in Human Rights.
He is a Reiki Master and Advanced Reiki practitioner.
He has been serving as Director of Malcoti & Associates Catering Services Pvt. Ltd., one of the leading hospitality company in our country.
He is passionate about his profession and he decided to spread the magical taste of Indian cuisine abroad by opening restaurants overseas.
He has been guiding and sharing the experience with aspiring students of management and hospitality industry. Also given training to corporate houses like Titan on Dining Etiquette, Corporate Dining etc.
