Suraj Prabhudesai is a Certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach & Hypnosis Practitioner of the Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is also a Hypnosis Practitioner of IBHNLP. He has completed his Online NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach & Life Coach Certification program successfully & has shown consistency in whole course procedures. He is certified to use all the tools & techniques of NLP, Hypnosis with the methodologies & the formats of Life Coaching. He is associated with IBHNLP as an NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner, NLP Coach, and Life Coach since December 2020. He is a member of IBHNLP, Goa Chapter.

Suraj Prabhudesai is a certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach & Hypnosis Practitioner of Indian Board of Hypnosis & Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is an upcoming Business Development Consultant & Coach with a Passion to transform enterprises from the enriching experience gained working with Asian, European, and US multinationals.
He has over 20 years of work experience in different corporate functions at different levels in Sales & Business Development, Operations Management, General Management, Training with global capital equipment majors of Infra and Construction industry. He was associated with world leaders in the Elevator industry like Otis & Kone for over six years in different management roles. He was part of the Team at Hilti India where the company was rewarded with “Best Place to Work” for 3 years in a row from 2007-09. He played different roles in Sales & Business Development functions for expansions in different sectors.
His role in Putzmeister, a global leader in the concrete pumping industry was remarkable. As HOD of Training & Market Support, he was responsible to set up the Training vertical for the company and traveled across geographies of India & SAARC to impart Training and product launches to the customers and employees.
He was a keynote speaker at many forums and a special invitee as a speaker at the Equipment India seminar at the Bauma-ConExpo show at BKC, Mumbai.
