Balachandran is an HR professional and is proud to have led Human Resource Function for organizations of repute like AFL, Essel Group companies, Deepak Fertilizers, and Petrochemicals among others. Organizational culture, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement, and bringing out the best in people are areas where he has contributed substantially and is passionate about it.
He has done his Masters in Banking and Finance and HR.
He believes he needs to unleash his true potential for himself and others to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. His search for the right tool brought him to do NLP and the Life Coach program along with Hypnosis.
Now he is a Result Coach and is helping people find purpose and achieve their life goals and enhance their daily lives. He Coaches professionals, Individuals, Couples.
He lives in Mumbai with Sushma, his wife who is also an HR professional.
